It leaves unemployee people suffering, but how many people rise and start make their own company from suffering, from failure and from nothing. I never got fire while i was employee. But i never enjoy my life became employee for so long, so i just quit and start to do something from my idea, and from my believe. If Bill Gates afraid from loosing his title from his unversity, he will never be rich and influence people like today, and Microsoft will not listed in history. If Barack Obama afraid to fail became the United State President, then he will not be the President right now. The learning point from successfull person is the key, see the key of the successfull.
